After you place your order, we carry out a verification process to ensure funds are available. Once payment is approved, your card will be charged to reserve the items you’ve chosen. When your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information to finalize the process.

Since every item is individually made to order, we begin production only after receiving confirmation of your payment.

To finish your purchase, select either the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button. You’ll be taken to a secure payment portal where you can complete the transaction using your credit card or PayPal. All payments are processed through PayPal and will appear on your statement under the PayPal name.

If a refund is authorized, the reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method used—whether it was PayPal or a credit/debit card.
